Actually, it didn't happen like it appeared. Most people agree that Pluto was having fun running around with the kid when some random woman intervened [obviously not the kid's mother]. Pluto was walking funny, and with the combined pressure of the woman's shove, he fell. The woman actually video taped him on the ground. Then he tried to find someone that saw what happened, so if someone sued him, he'd have witnesses. With no luck, he gave up and walked away.

You could see that they were just playing because the kid came back when Pluto was on the ground and kinda looked like "Wait, what happened?". The mom [woman in white shirt and black backpack] didn't look angry either.

If you really pay attention, you'll see these details. Most DIS'ers agree that this video is just a misunderstanding.

This was taken at DLR, where the CM's don't always accompany the characters everywhere.

Read my earlier post. This has been discussed many many times by my adult DISer friends and we all agree that is what happened.

It is of course, not official. I'd love to see what happened 1 minute before this video started rolling.

I bet the person who uploaded this on youtube HAS footage about a minute before, which probably shws pluto & the kid playing around, but to make a big deal, they left that part out.

I agree Jenny, that the kid & Pluto were playing, obviously we'll never know FOR SURE, but it looked like honest fun. I ddo NOT think a character CM would be able to threateningly chase a kid around for as long as he did without SOME other CM stepping in.

I understand the woman trying to stop him (and wound up pushing him) might have been trying to do the 'right thing', but in my P.O.V she was wrong.

It looked like Pluto and the little boy were having a good time. And the lady who pushed him down didn't appear angry at all at Pluto. I think Pluto pointing at the lady was just a gesture like did you see what just happened. I think it was all in fun.

I totally agree. I'm betting the person who uploaded the video is sitting back laughing at the controversy he/she created.
