We might have to change our dates from the beginning of Oct. to the beginning of Sept., which would include Labor Day. I need to know what the crowds are like during this period, and while I know it can change from year to year, I would like the insight of those that have stayed onsite at that time. I was a little concerned about large crowds due to some kid's still being out of school. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

last year 2005 we went the week of Labor Day, and were amazed at how empty it was. The kids teasinly attributed it to the friend we took with us. They were excited all over again as we didn't have to wait hardly anytime at all. It was sooo empty! I would strongly suggest that week. In fact we are planning right now another trip this year the same time.

We were there for Labor Day week in 2005 and the crowds were very light. We aimed to get to the parks when they opened and avoided the EMH parks. The mornings were amazing, we have pictures of Adventureland with no one on the streets in front of us. After Labor Day the parks really emptied out and we didn't see the crowds pick up until the next weekend.
