I went and had my hair done again last week! I think before Disney and for the summer I will have my highlights a little blonder! What do you think?

I love getting my hair done. It's pretty new to me though, usually, I would just get a cheap cut at some walk-in place. It's been YEARS since I did anything with color and now that I have found Crissy, my new stylist, I will never go back to frumpy hair again!!





Is it wrong that Emily just saw a comercial for an iPhone and said, "I wanna iPhone!" Does she even know what an iPhone is, she's 2 1/2!! I asked her, "What's an iPhone?" She replied, "It's a phone computer." I told her maybe when she turns 16!!

You hair looks awesome!!! I really, really like it! It makes me want to dye my hair dark but I'm trying to grow it back out to its natural colour right now. Your stylist did a GREAT job!

I'm totally STOKED!! It has been a great day so far!

First, I woke up this morning after dreaming about my Mom. It was such a good dream, she called me on my cell phone and I could actually hear her voice in my dream!! It was so real! In my dream, she was still dead, and I couldn't believe she was really on the phone at first. I made Mike listen to it, but she kept talking about stuff that is going on. She was asking me about my sister's house (she's currently house hunting) and asking if I was ready for Disney. OMG, I've been thinking about this dream all day and how peaceful I felt! This dream was amazing. Call me crazy, but I really feel like she visited me in my sleep!

Then, Emily and I had a fun day at preschool today! After snowing 3 inches on Monday, it's 50 and sunny today so we got to go outside and hunt for dinosaur eggs!

Next, we went to Target and got some travel sized stuff for our trip! We also picked up some sunscreen, Bolt & Lilo and Stitch!

Finally, when I got home, there was a note in the mail letting me know Emily got into my 1st pick preschool class for next year. (We live in one of the best school districts in the state and preschool is very hard to get into, but since we were in this year, we got first pick!)

Oh, and to top it all off, Mike's in Tennessee and he called and said he will be flying home tonight instead of tomorrow! Yippie!!

One more thing....my ticker is in the weeks now...no more months!!

What a GREAT day for you!!! I have had some of those dreams that feel so real- lucky you to have it be about your mom!

Myles is going into kindergarten in the fall- we looked at EVERY private, charter and public school - we agonized over test scores and finally decided to try the public route first and see how it is. (well we tried the charter- and it is on a lottery and there were 300 people trying to get 50 spots and our name wasnt picked out of the hat) So anywho- I am SO happy for you guys to get your first pick!! That is wonderful.

BTW- your little index card/itinerary holder is AWESOME. I dont know if I told you that already but I LOVE it and I really have been thinking about how I can make that.

What a great day!!! Congrats on the pre-school. We're hoping to move before Madeline's in pre-school so I haven't even applied for any around here. Luckily it's not nearly as competitive as some places.
