Who star Pete Townsend is likely to escape charges over child pornography allegations, according to the London Daily Telegraph.
Plans are being drawn up to caution the rock star-- a move that would spare him a damaging court case but which would require him to admit guilt and leave him with a police record. The 57 year-old Who guitarist was arrested two months ago after admitting he paid to access an illegal child pornography site. But he insisted he was not a pedophile and had done so only for "research."
