trying to contain my excitement!! Mother moto you mentioned you were going to get a gps for the drive down there - my dh loves his! We drive 6 hrs north, and he programs the thing for all kinds of wonderful stuffs... however, I hate it!! lol, I just cant get used to that small screen for a map, maybe its because to me, its dh thing, and I dont need to know how to use it?

The one time he had it preprogramed for our trek north, dh had to work 24hrs straight, so I drove so he could sleep, he woke up and thought we were totally lost - Lake MICHIGAN? well, I had always drove north till !!)

Have fun, but I would definately put it to a test!!

eta - we'll be at the Poly for our first stay in 8 years, first timers to the Poly

BUT, I just had to say that it's finally getting closer.

My DD is bringing her DBF and this is his first time at DW. I cannot wait to see his reaction. We have been driving him crazy trying to explain what it's like.

But you have to experience it first hand to understand. I still get awed when we arrive

There's no place like DW.

I'm from Jersey and used to vacation at the shore until my first trip back in 1995. FORGET THE SHORE.

Wow, this is one of the most active monthly "Who's going in __" I've seen! Looks like we August people are passionate about our countdown! I've posted to this thread 4 times now. I'm so excited I can't stand it! We have 3 weeks to go. Can I start packing yet?!

Hey, I have all these new clothes for me and the kids hanging in the closet. We're not going to wear them, so why not pack right?! Less to do the day before we leave! Ok, it's a done deal, I'm packing this weekend!

When it's far away, I long for the time to come, put can easily put it out of my mind. Now it's so close, I can't stop thinking about it and time is actually passing slower! It's making me crazy!!!!!! We are all such sick, addicted individuals.
