It's a fan made character who is seemingly perfect, has few flaws, everyone loves her, etc. Think of Bella from Twilight as a Mary Sue. That's pretty much the common type.

and not lucky! Well, sort of. But I feel terrible :/ I've been sleeping like all day. But I cannot afford to midd school! So I'm probably just going to school for 1st and 2nd periods than texting my aunt to come pick me up before 3rd period (gym)
