Anyone else find the idea of meat melting in your mouth unappealing? Why would you describe the meat that way? It makes me think of ice cream, or chocolate, or lemon sherbets, and so on. Sweet stuff. I don't want meat to melt in my mouth D-:

They look really good. I'm hoping someday I may go to New Orleans, since my dad and I have always been constantly reminded of the place (the food especially), so it would be nice to check it out. Also, its the place where PatF took place!
