I'm dying to read Animal Farm in English. My teacher is great at teaching Lit.

We just finished To Kill a Mockingbird, by taking the test today. We're starting Romeo and Juliet tomorrow. Joy. I just want to see the movie with Leonardo DiCaprio in it (;

I kinda find it a little hard to understand. Thank the lord for footnotes!

I love how freshman English is mostly literature and not as much grammar.

Me and my friends are the only normal people in my English class. Not to be mean, but everyone else either smells or is special Ed.......it's kinda sad.

Yeah......and I have to read the part of Juliet, so you can imagine how Romeo looks. Lol

We've only read two major novels and the rest have been short stories and poems. The poems were horrible for the most part. I really like the literature aspect of it, but I HATE our lit books.
