The weekend grind 8/5-8/6

happy weekend!!!

My poor girl had a melt down last night when we took her dressings off. She has stitches --- which we weren't told were there --- all her post op paperwork said it would be stern strips or surgical glue. Totally freaked her out and took three tries before she was able to shower. Called doctor office and told them the situation.

Today:
Grocery shop
Buy ice my ice maker can't keep up with our useage with Megan's cyro cuff and our little swamp cooler
PT

sometime during weekend:
Laundry
Run dishwasher
Quick swipe at house

Try to do most in mornings before it gets to hot. Between us not feeling well and the heat our energy levels are pretty low.

I'm so sorry Megan is having a hard time... It will get better... I would have just assumed that she would have stitches vs steri strips or surgical glue..

Becky -- yay for the upcoming trip! If you fly up here quick it's in the 60s currently and much cooler.... (news said it feels like an October morning!)

check in on mom -- she has been out w/ friends on/off all week so it's like we need to schedule appointments to talk to her!

scrap C's 09 last bit
whatever was not finished on Saturday
pull everyone's school supplies and get backpacks loaded
finish C's laundry
make list for week (school starts on Wednesday for B)

Had coffee with Dsil & DD
Went town to pick up my pictures - tried to pick them up yesterday but I hadn't completed my order
DH is golfing all day so I just need to entertain myself
Burgers at the lake

Church - I have nursery again
DH has an all day class so I just need to entertain myself again
DD is coming for a couple days!
