sorry to hear K is sick...hope the rash doesn't spread to anyone else and he's better soon!


we are going to watch the Seahawks / Falcons game....GO HAWKS :cheer: then meet Megan's bff at the open house for the highschool, her mom is thinking of sending Karlee to ArchBishop also then maybe an early dinner out with them.

Our sump pump is working over time today and yesterday.. My gosh, I just hate that sound..but the fact that our basement is not flooding works for me... I guess having 14 inches melt almost over night w/ the nice temps and then 2 days of intense rain there is lots of water in the ground...

I hope to go down and scrap a little yet tonight..

We had a crazy evening last night.. I was on call for a good friend last night.. she had to rush out of town and her DS18 wanted to stay home.. so I was "Mom on call".. he reports in to me when he goes somewhere and when he returns.. He is too funny! Then last night we got an alert from DD's university they were in a tornado warning and were told to seek shelter immediately.. they headed to the bathroom...but soon the RAs rounded them up and they all headed to the basement.. Her college town made the weather channel last night.. LOL They are fine... all clear given a few hours later... (long line of storms)... she texted her where-abouts.. Then my God-son texted to tell me if I needed him to call and he would drive to the university to help! Got to love him!!!! I haven't spoke to PJ today due to sorority chapter installation and initiation...

I need to work on Reddy's challenges yet this evening if not for sure tomorrow..
Today just didn't go according to plan.. the sump pump kept me up all night.. I hear everything... Then I supervised DS12 in finishing his tri-fold project... I need to make dinner soon and then hope to finish at least one of the LO challenges Reddy posted.. it's done.. just need to post photos.. I know what I want to do for the other 2 I need to complete for her..

open house was fun! Karlee loves the school too and they won a $500 scholarship so told her mom, well she's going here now

now to wait to filled out forms in the fall and wait for admission acceptance in January 2014

Crazy weather Nan. Glad things worked out.

Today was mostly a bust. Ran to dbfs work to pick up some shelving they were getting rid of and a huge white board for preschool. Took forever! Then a couple of stops, finally home and dinner got nothing done!

Got a huge list for Monday!
