saturday 30th August
Up early this morning to Pack up and Check out of the Hotel, we enjoyed staying here as it was nice to be close to universal etc we spent more time here this holiday and appreciated these parks more this trip.
So we checked out and grabbed a Mcdonalds brekkie and headed over to Animal Kingdom
we headed to everest first, then the safari
then we headed too its tough to be a bug
then we watched festival of the lion king I love this
when we left the heavens opened and we all got soaked through (we hadnt bought any ponchos yet oops)
as we were soo wet we decided to head for our villa and dry out and unpack
This is the first time we had stayed in this particular villa but it didnt dissapoint and I think it is one of our favourites, we love emerald island for its handy location all though it was sad to see so many of the villas empty or up for sale.
We arrived and checked out where everyone was going to sleep, the boys all chose bedrooms upstairs and hubby and I had the HUGE master bedroom downstairs.
after a swim and exploring we went to Golden Coral for dinner, this wasnt a great experiance three coaches of people arrived to eat at the same time and they dont have the same ideas about queuing ,and I really didnt enjoy having to fight for my dinner so we never went back.
next we decided to head for downtown disney we went to the virgin mega store the boys pcked up some cds and then we went into the Huge Disney storeand I bought some bits for halloween and Dis exchanges.
then we finished the night at Disney quest, the boys had loads of fun and Pete and I relaxed with a coffee upstairs
