The Wave Menu

We are tweaking our ADRs for our July trip and are considering The Wave. I have checked the menu on Disney's website and it's much different from the others I've seen on DIS, All-Ears, etc. Since my daughter has celiac's we were pleased to see such great gluten-free options. But it seems none of those meals are shown on Disney's menu. There were Fish Tacos and a Curry Stew on previous menus. Are those things still offered or have they totally changed their menu?

The Wave menu changes regularly but the restaurant can always accommodate gluten free

We were really hoping for the Tacos.....

The Wave is a farm-to-table restaurant.

Any FTT restaurant whose menu isn't in constant flux is probably... well, using the label wrong.

FWIW, I had the fish tacos in early May (and I would definitely recommend them, if available!). I believe they were a daily special, not an item listed on the menu.

I ate there GF. I'll need to check back to see exactly what I ate but it was delicious. Even if they can't do tacos go anyway
