The Wave and Fireworks

Can you see the fireworks from the MK while eating at the Wave? Is there an observation deck?

The Wave is on the first floor of CR, and I'm not sure there are any windows. Even with windows, you wouldn't have any view of fireworks.

There is an observation deck on the fourth floor, at the opposite end of the concourse from Chef Mickey's.

The Wave has no windows. So no fireworks view is possible from the restaurant.

Oh Dopey me! I just assumed it would be on the top floor.

The restaurant on the top floor is the California Grill (that restaurant takes up the entire 15th floor).

...and the California Grill has a great view of the fireworks, with an observation deck right outside for guests dining at the restaurant.
