They could, but I don't think they would for a quasi-main character like Carl. If it was someone like Spencer or Olivia, probably no problem there.

Olivia, or whatever her name is, was watching. When Negan told her to go make some lemonade and she started to say 'I'm not supposed to leave...' she meant se couldn't leave Judith but she didn't want to make I'm aware of Judith.

Tired of Negan. Wish he'd knock off the movements when he's dialoguing. I don't know how to describe his movements but my DD said it's like he's rapping...it's a bopping with his body along with his dialogue...uggghhhh.

My husband is already sick of neegan too. I completly know what you're talking about with his movements and the tilt of his head. I like his humor but I DO wish it wasn't so frequent.

I think neegan likes carl and I've heard in the comics that he likes children so I don't think he will harm him or Judith.
I think someone will be killed off next week but we might not be too upset in who it is??
I am anticipating Dwight (scar face) will soon team up against neegan and can't wait for that day. I think he gave the note to Darryl. I can't figure out yet if his ex wife wishes she was still with him or not. Was it dwights decision for her to be with neegan and if so is she mad at him for doing that? I would expect most men would do the same to save their wife from either being killed or tortured in other ways like Darryl is. Hard decision.
I can't wait for carol and Morgan to find out about what happened and for the day that carol turns back to her old self. I see it starting to happen.

You know what's odd...Carol, Morgan, Maggie and Sasha have only been in 1 episode this season half. I guess some of the others too. They have so many characters now that each actor hardly has to work. Who has been in the most this half-season? Carl, Negan, Daryl, Dwight???

I noticed that too. I'm guessing they are laying the ground work for the mid-season finale and hopefully when the second half starts up again we will see all our favorites on a regular basis.

I heard about the tweet Chandler Riggs' dad made about the show being a good run for him, or something along those lines. It insinuated that he wouldn't be back. I hadn't heard that it was because he was going to college, but assumed maybe the show decided to kill him off since he's quickly aging out of his character. The show's timeline is much slower than real life and I don't know much longer Riggs can portray a pre-teen.

The tweet from his dad said something about his 7 year contract being complete. Then it said #freedom. Chandler also sent out a tweet saying he was accepted to Auburn University, so people are saying he will not renew his contract and will attend college instead.

That could be. I am thinking more and more that it was set up by the show to make us think Chandler is leaving. They will leave us with a cliff hanger next week guessing if Carl is dead or not.

I bet the season finale, not this mid-season one, will have a Carl cliff hanger. Honestly, he should quit and go to Auburn as that might be a better pay-out than an acting career.

May have been asked already but can't find it and found it very odd....

On the bridge, as Tara and Heath get separated by sand walkers, I just found it really odd that as Heath's getting "pushed" away by all the walkers through the "curtains" that in amongst the herd of "sand walkers" there was a short one with a blonde bob haircut that looked she was walking normally after him. I kept thinking "who is the blonde?"

Anyone else find this odd placement? So random, all those sand walkers and in the middle this one who didn't even appear from the back as a Walker, just weird

I went back and watched that section again and you are right -- that looked like someone they threw in there for volume, but didn't make up as a zombie. Even the clothes weren't worn or weathered. Odd. Maybe it was a deliberate blooper
