hola!

Morning all!

Today (thankfully) is a slow day. I think I'll go out looking for some lights for our family room. Now that we painted the walls, it is darker in there and we can't see to read anymore.

I can't wait until we have at least one room complete. Right now we have 5 rooms all in partial-use condition with painted walls but not much else.

I'm vey glad we are finally decorating after being in this house for 9 years! I'm hoping we get it all done by Christmas. I'll post pics once everything is complete.

I wish today was a slow day for me.. well it is.. but my hour and a half of work was sooooo loooong... we had 3 fights in the lunch room with FIRST GRADERS! then another on the playground between some sixth graders.. and our principal is incompetent and made the kids who fought just lose recess.. i know they are young and stuff but i think they should get a little more punished than that.. the first graders were stabbing each other with sporks and stuff.. all bad.. blood was drawn.. but she doesnt like calling parents.. unless its one of the like 10 students she really doesnt like.. they're the ones that if they sneeze funny theyre suspended..

More like will continue for the next 31 years,

In the meantime, you remember how I told you DS had to color a picture of Bert and Ernie for his Pre-K Orientation.

He finally finished it today, only 2 weeks later


I finally got down on floor with him. We would play army men, Jo Jo Circus, etc....We would play about 2-3 minutes and then I would grab two crayons, make him pick one and tell him to pick a part and color


After a bit of whining and playing, he is finally done

The part that is scribbled out was done by me on paint, that is not his coloring(edit out our last name)

Aww that's so cute, he did a great job! That's much better than the last pictures I saw. I haven't seen one in a while. I think the teacher will really love it and be very impressed!

I"m glad to hear that you finally got Trent to do his coloring homework (I'd kill for homework like that). Tell him he is a budding artist Hope you are having fun at the mall. It's been a VERY crappy day for me and a not so great evening although I did get to sew some so that was nice.
