The wagon was rolling past yet again, and guess what?

I JUMPED BACK ON!!!! Hurray for me! Ok, this is a shameless plug, but I am so excited! I have an incredible hard time getting back on once I fall off, and I did it! I am so proud of that, I know it probably seems like nothing to those who have been "on" their program for months, but it does feel good.

I am going to do things differently this time. I am going to only weigh in every 4 weeks. They allow that at WW. I might weigh in just to have my leader check that I am still losing, but I don't want to know the numbers. Instead I am going to really focus on journaling and worrying about the numbers that go into my body. I have control over what goes in, not necessarily in how fast it comes off. So that is what I am going to do.

Glad to see you back, I jumped back on last week. Sounds like you have a plan now let's roll!!

Good for you Vija! Sounds like a plan! :)
I know you can do this....and to find a way that fits you better is the key! :)
Good luck!

Well done ~ It seems like a good plan!!

Keep up the great work!!!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAY!

Have been wondering where you were, so it's like a WISH come true that you posted today!!!! :) Thanks for helping me start the week off on a happy note, Princess Vija!

You're smart to retrain that focus to eating healthy and journaling (and don't forget to exercise too!) instead of thinking about the scale! And I am REALLY proud of you for jumping back on that wagon! That is the BEST thing to do!!!! You are doing yourself such a great favor by always getting back on the wagon, you are really going to feel great at the end of today, and then end of tomorrow, and the end of the next day! :)

Glad to have you back! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Are you a Lifetime member of WW?? Unless it has changed in the last few months the only way you are allowed to weigh in once a month is if you are a Lifetime member. Otherwise they will have you join agin if you miss too many meetings or pay for you missed meetings.

ya know - that does make sense. We can control what goes down the chute but now how fast the weight comes off. Ive been weighing myself every 2-3wks, not every wk. I started out doing that but it was making me nuts (?)

Congrats for jumping back on

Vija - sooooo good to see you again!!

I have been daggling one leg off the wagon all last week! It's really dirty and dusty so today I decided to pull it back up and remain completely ON! And look - there you are!! {{{HUGS}}}

Thanks for the encouraging words and friendship!

mum4jenn, No, I am not a lifetime member, but I have talked to my leader about this. I will still go to WW and pay for the meetings, but I am just not weighing in. They have the passes that you can skip being weighed in, but you still go through the line, and pay, and then go to be "weighed" but give your pass instead.

If things change and they don't do this, there is another option as well. I can weigh in and ask to not be told what my numbers are. My leader told me she has several people who do that. Eiher way once a month is more than enough for me. Somehow I will work it out. I really need to focus on what I am eating and journaling. I have done WW for a long time, and haven't really budged in Weight loss. Something needs to change, and that something is me! I just need to fit "me" into the program.
