The Void: Timing Question

Hi everyone,

I’m just wondering what people would recommend as the safest minimum time between a VOID reservation and an ADR for a DS restaurant (most likely Morimoto).

I know that The Void is not a long experience, but factoring in wait times, the time it takes to get the gear on and off, and a walk to the restaurant, would it be safe to say book The Void and then an ADR an hour later?

Thanks in advance.

I'm wondering this, too, but I think I will just book the Void after the ADR (maybe leaving an hour or two in between) just in case. There is plenty to do in Disney Springs if you end up having time to kill.

I would do 90 minutes in between. Granted we went very soon after it opened, but we experienced technical delays while we were there and it took us over an hour just to get through the whole experience.

Interesting. Thank you that is good to know.

You’re right, and there are definitely a few shops I want to get to.

Our problem is that we only have 3 days in Disney this trip and I’m finding it challenging to schedule everything we want to do into the short time we have. Pretty much the more time we spend that day at DS, the less time we have at Epcot.

First world problems and all...:scratchin:rotfl:

We went recently 1 hour prior to an ADR at Homecomin’ and it was perfect timing with walking time included. There were just 2 groups ahead of us so we waited only like 10 mints get started. We were finished with the entire experience in 35 min, including buying our photo.

Well, the thing about The Void is that if you don't complete your mission against the Empire, you won't be making that ADR anyway! ;)

Seriously, when I did it in Anaheim, they were a little backed up from my reserved time. It went fairly quick, but I'd consider an up to 30 minute wait past your scheduled time, then about another 30 minutes to go through the experience (including the paperwork at the beginning and suiting up and such).

We just did The Void last Friday at about 11 am and there was no wait. We didn't book in advance, just walked up, and the place was empty so we were ushered quickly in to the experience. Though we did have technical issues in the mission and had to restart, so that took more time.
