So, after having pulled out of buying a time share in Disneyworld, we got a invite today for one @ Disneyland, CA. We live in San Diego, so its MUCH closer, almost to close infact! LOL About 1.5h driving time ~

Does anyone know anything about it? What perks they are giving out?

The Villas have not yet gone on sale to the general public yet, but will be doing so on March 26th. (Currently in Founding Member sale status only). Not positive about what the incentives will be that they discuss at the event, nor if they will be different from what the existing members who add-on are getting - but in a nutshell, points are going for $112 each, with a 160 minimum purchase to join for a new member. At this time there is a $5 per point credit via a Disney Gift Card that can be used towards the purchase price, and they are offering a voyage on the Disney Cruise Line. DVCNews.com has the latest pricing and incentive information. It is slated to change, however, right around when the Villas go on sale to everyone else, so don't take what I've posted as gospel since it might be different if and when you attend the event.

Actually, just received a call from my guide. The incentive will still be the same up as current incentive up to March 28th (I know for sure for current member: If purchasing 100pts min get $5/pt incentive plus either 100pts DP or 3day cruise. Anything less no incentive). After that he said it will change. To what? No idea...

My guide said the change will be just offering the cruise. No more developer points and no $5 off.
