This was taken looking straight out from inside the room. We were basically tucked into the corner. Not sure if that made things more noisy since the sounds bounce around or what.

We like that room. Yes gets a little noisy even high floor. Easy access to stairwell to get to the back entry and far enough down the hall to not get much elevator traffic

We somehow lucked out last November, so are staying 4 nights here, before moving to 2 nights in a duo studio garden in VDH. Everything here is so incredible, especially the walk to the parks. That back Pixar Place entrance is just so close, its parks to hotel room in like 50 feet. We have our guide looking for points, we can't wait to buy some here.

We're in the hearing accessible room, so the corner pool view on the 1st floor. Its _fine_, but I know my wife would definitely like a balcony. But hard to have a bad view here with so few rooms. And then the linked 1 bedroom has woken us up both mornings burning their breakfast and setting of the fire alarm, which is linked between the 2 rooms.

One other thing we learned is that unlike in WDW, you can't just pay the difference to upgrade to Valet from self parking. You have to pay the full $70 if you want to Valet. Kind of makes it slightly annoying, since the Valet's took the parking built with the tower in the contract. Had to park all the way in the Pixar Place garage, the GC lot was completely full.

This is random but do you check out Sunday? We are checking into a hearing accessible studio then and I wasn’t sure how many they had.

It is our first ever stay on DVC points!

We check out tomorrow, to move over to a duo studio garden in the tower until Saturday.

As for the room, from my understanding there is only 1 hearing accessible studio room at VGC. 1509. With 1507 being the matching 1 bedroom. So theoretically, that should be the room you get.

Good to know. Someone probably has the room for a couple nights in between then. I'm curious now and will report back.

Just noticed that the Accessible Rooms (studio/1 bedroom) are all gone for 4 weeks in April. Any chance this is a sign that maybe they will be starting the refurb on floor one during April?

@ehh any thoughts on the above post?
Peeping at the inventory levels (down to the number of rooms available) the refurb is a very plausible explanation.

How exactly do you see how many rooms are available? Is there some trick to spotting when inventory is taken out?

That was my thought when I saw those gone in April, although I thought it was a weird time with it being spring break season/high point timing. Who knows if that is when they are starting or if it will start sooner and go with upper floors first.
