The View Makes Me Crazy!!

I never watch the view. Can't stand the way guests (and even co-hosts) with differing opinions are treated. That show is a waste of my time.

I couldn't agree more, it is a complete waste of time.

I used to LOVE the view. No more! Every time I happen to turn it on the ladies are all bickering and yelling over eachother so much that you can barely understand the points they're trying to make anyway. It's no wonder the Emmy's snubbed them. No one can hear what they're saying through all that racket.

I did see today and though I'm not a huge fan of Glenn Beck I thought it was a lousy way to treat a guest. If they keep it up, soon there won't be any guests willing to come on the show and it'll be nothing but an hour of hot topics that you can't understand because they're so busy arguing with eachother.

I just finished watching Glenn's show on Fox and as it turns out, he's as sick as a dog today. He didn't do his radio or TV show, but did honor his commitment to The View. Unfortunately, I don't think he was in top form this morning; I would have loved to see what he would have said and done had he felt good!!!

Glenn Beck had been booked for The View before the "incident". Whoopi and Barbara attacked him today because he blatantly told lies RE: them at the Correspondents' Dinner on his radio show. Naturally, this made them angry; this was a personal attack, not a difference of political review. They asked him why he lied and he was just a mess answering, trying to beat around the bush. I am glad Whoopi called him out on his BS and lying.

And they gave him the next segment of the show to trash Pelosi anyway, so I don't see what the problem is.

I don't watch The View or Glenn Beck but I was curious so I looked up the video on you tube.

He lied. He got caught. I thought it was pretty funny. I think he lost some credibilty if you ask me.

Today during the Glen Beck segment it seemed the only "Views" that mattered were Whoopi and Barbara's.

Well if Glenn hadn't gone on his show and told blatant lies (which he admitted to today) the show may have taken another course. I get sick of "commentators" just making stuff up and presenting it as if it actually happened.

I admit that I half-way paid attention this morning but I did pick up on the fact that Glenn Beck told a lie on one of his programs about something involving Barbara (and maybe the others). He got caught and I was glad to see that they called him on it. I did hear him admit that he lied but I never heard a reason for why he felt like he needed to tell the lie.

I think that dissatisfaction that is being expressed here should be directed at someone who presents himself as a serious news person but has low enough moral standards to lie publically. Good for those ladies for calling him on it. He got caught in a lie and maybe he will think twice before doing it again.

I am ok with the View.

I hate Joy.
I love Sherri, Barbara and Whoopi.
I am ok with Elisabeth.

I wish Joy would stop trying to pick a fight with someone especially Elisabeth.

But, since it's either the 14th? hours of the Today show with the most annoying person on the planet Kathie Lee and the person she verbally abuses daily Hoda Kotb or the View, I will usually pick the View.

I dont watch the view but i do watch MAD TV. they did a really funny parody of the cackling hens. its a little adult humor, but i think its hysterical!

People here complain about alot of things. What's the difference between complaining about a tv show, and any other subject?

I usually find myself wondering why I am watching the show when they start talking over eachother. It is really annoying. But I have to say, Whoopi was right to call Glen out on his lie. He was wrong for saying the things he said about them. That's my opinion.

The only lie was who approached who. The whole incident seems so stupid. I just wonder why the train did reserve seats for them??? Who are they??? Whoppi showed her true self and Barbara who is no favorite of mine showed who she is to. Joy, there are no words. The three of them have very little class. If you don't agree with them than forget it. At least Elizabeth tries to make nice with them. Truthfully they give women a bad name. I hope they cancel the show. Nothing good comes from it! Unless they like you.

Yes, he was called out on his lie. He admitted it and couldn't even answer why he did it. I suppose it was to embellish the story he was telling, it really wasn't done out of malice. I mean its a stupid story about a train and reserved seats. Barbara handled it graciously where as Whoopi acted like a mad child, making gagging faces hello grow up. Barabara is the definition of professional, Whoopi is far from it.



I found it rather amusing that he said something about the look she gave him (on the train, before they even really met) and she said yes I was giving you that look because I don't like your views, I don't know you but I don't like your views. Apparently Whoopi just goes around giving people her evil eye just because she disagrees with them, she sounds like a class act
