You know that is why Disney excels at customer service. I work in a hospital that picks certain areas of Disney theories to implement but never go to the full Disney Service Theory. Because they care for someone that needs it and puts customers 1st is why they are the poster for quality service. It cost them nothing to be kind, considerate and compassionate. And for that, you tell everyone how wonderful they were and word of mouth gives them positive recognition all over. Bravo Disney!!! Bravo manager and chef!!! Sorry you had to spend your time nursing a sick one instead of enjoying your trip!!!
