The Trippie Who Hath No Name, or, the trippie that'll be completed when I get..

I'm having truoble naming this TR & I need your help-you can pick up to 3:

  • "The Trippie Who Hath No Bacon"

  • "The UNDisney-est Vacay EVER!"

  • "Setting out to be the Longest Running Trippie on the Dis....with STYLE!"

  • "NEVER Invite People Wut Doesn't Wants to go..."

  • "COVER YOUR EARS! Did she REALLY just say that??!??!"

  • "How to hate your mate in 7 easy days..."

  • "The BEST way to stay friends with your friends is to NOT spend time with them while on vacay..."

  • "Food Porn - not on THIS Thread!"

  • "Other" [submit your own title]

  • "This trippie Who Hath No Name" [the sentimental favorite]

Took me all day, but here I am at the end with no ending. Did you have ADRs at Boma that day? I am guessing you didn't make it. What a shame...Boma is yummy!

The week you were there is the week that WWoS does a fastpitch softball world series...my girls played in it last year (2011). Your trip was 2010, though, right? But it was funny that you mentioned seeing tons of kids in uniforms at Outback. My girls may play in it again in 2013...I am kinda hoping they do (even though it's hot as Hades then). Your review was fantastic...even though it took you ages to post it.

Catching up... catching up... catching....

....it is ever-so-evident that my family [myself excluded] is not a fan of World Showcase, which probably explains two things:

1) once Dylan skee-daddled, he became M.I.A. and refused to answer his cell phone
2) the further into World Showcase we traversed, the faster the pace became, both knees screaming from the ever-increasing burn, until eventually Mexico, Norway, China, and even Italy became a blur.

Too bad about the knees... but WS is the best part of EPCOT IMHO.

I dare say that none of them have ever stopped to delight in some of World Showcase's simpler pleasures, like Churros in Mexico or a Grand Marnier Grey Goose Orange Slush in France, or a Cloudberry Horn in Norway, or even a Shwarma platter in Morocco, but hey, that's THEIR loss. Unfortuantely, it's mine as well, since it does not bode well that I lag behind.

You could've stopped at Grey Goose Slush.... Margarita would've worked too.

"What the....??" Dylan apparently made more than a bathroom pit-stop [does he have secret aspirations to be 'like Mike'? I certainly HOPE NOT!]:

But wouldn't it be fun if it was permanent? :rolleyes1:

....we were situated under the breezeway between Innoventions East (or mebbe it was West - I never fail to get those two mixed up...)

Ditto. I cannot for the life of me convince myself that the park's north isn't the south. I have no idea why.

[...okay now, this is creepy - is she stalking me?]

yes

watch your back

....we knew this was going to be our last attraction, as it was getting near our ADR time, so we figured that it would be a perfect way to end our Epcot visit....ALL ABOARD!

One of these days I'm going to have to do that ride. It just holds so little interest for me.

[...working HARD, or hardly working? YOU be the judge!]

Working Hard! You try and hold up that tree with nothing but a long pole. Hour after hour, day after day. Oh, the humanity!

[...didja spot the 'Hidden Mickey'?]

Nope. Must be really, really small.

seriously, you didn't really think we were going to visit Epcot and not ride it, especially since there was no line and, truth be told, we still had about 40 minutes to kill.

No, of course not. It's a federal offense to visit EPCOT and not ride it.

...oh HO, but our ADR was for WHAT restaurant, you say?

Hmmmm.... All right, I'll play. Biergarten?

So, that's a keyboard under there? ;)

Is that what you kids call it these days?

Huh.

He probably got the idea from Justin Timberlake on SNL.:lmao:

:lmao:

....you're gonna talk to ME about a pole? Really........REALLY?

Ditto. I cannot for the life of me convince myself that the park's north isn't the south. I have no idea why....

..........:scratchin I think it has something to do with the reversal of polarity........or mebbe gravitational pull.......or perhaps the Theory of Relativity.....I. have. NO. idea. :confused3

[....let's just blame it on the Bermuda Triangle and call it a day, shall we? ]

I'm sure if you gave your knees a rest, your DH would appreciate it if you brought a pole home.

You know

To hold stuff up...

:rolleyes1:

I can live with that. It's as good a reason as any other!
