The Timeshare Store

Yep....it was a piece of cake. As a matter of fact, just got our Christmas card from them yesterday. We used Jerry....he was very accommodating and extremely friendly. So easy to use this company. Never needed a lawyer. I would recommend them highly

I just closed my resale at the Timeshare Store. I dealt with Jerry Sydow. He was very helpful and informative. He was able to answer any questions I had. The process took able 6 weeks to complete. No I did not use an attorney. The paperwork was explained to me by the closing office if I had any questions.

I was a little leary dealing with a company in Florida with me living in RI but I checked them out on the better business bureau to verify they were legit.

Hope I helped..

We dealt with Shontell Crawford in 1999. It was a very easy and painless transaction. And we just got our Christmas card yesterday too.

We also had a wonderful experience with TTS. Very painless.

well also dealt with Shontel in 1999, she was wonderful!!! -Cris

We have purchased three resales through the Timeshare Store. Having an attorney review a legal contract is always sound advice and we did that for our first resale purchase. The report was that it all looked like a pretty standard purchase contract and since a Title Company was used to do the legal search, I felt very comfortable with all 3 purchases.

If you have any questions about the process or the documents you must sign, don't hesitate to contact your attorney for advice.

We also received three Christmas cards this week- each one was different!

Enjoy!

We've purchased all three of our contracts through Shontell at the TSS. I cannot tell you how effortless the process is. Shontell is an ex-cast member and she still has that "Disney" charm. Highly recommend them - go for it! Please tell her Reneé says "hello".

I'll add to the list of positives .... We purchached initially from Disney, and just recently from TimeShareStore. We had a good experience, just as the above postings. Our new purchace is a different use year (against the advise of some), we're still adusting to that, and wondering if that was the right thing to do or not. Time Share Store was certainly easy and friendly to use with no exception.

(Note, this is my first post .... I just must add... this board is WONDERFUL. I was all alone thinking that I was the biggest DVC FREAK, and now I'm comforted knowing I'm not alone!!)

We purchased 2 resales and felt no need to use an attorney. There are alternatives to the Timeshare Store. If interested, don't hesitate to PM me. We had a great experience with a broker in Orlando who has been cited in other post here.

Good Luck,

We used Shontell at the TSS. WE had a wonderful experience. MY DH was very critical of every aspect in the purchasing process. She was very accomodating (Bless her heart!!)! It was pretty straightforward.

Good luck

We purchased through Shontell this summer. No attorney, no problems at all. We even paid the $35 (?) expedite fee and closed within three weeks of receiving initial docs. I would definitely recommend Shontell and, yes, we also received a Christmas card in case anyone is keeping track.:D

Good luck!

Purchased two resales through Jerry Sydow, no problems and no lawyers.

Since we purchased both of these around the holidays, Jerry must be holding back my Christmas card until I call and buy another contract from him:D

Unfortunately we started with The Timeshare Store but had to change to the other resale broker because we couldn't get return calls.
