The Timeshare Store... Great service!

I am a new DVC-OKW owner as of closing two weeks ago.

We purchased a contract with points in "holding" which several people at The Timeshare Store as well as my salesman, Jason explained fully to me. As a matter of fact Jason called and confirmed all of this with DVC before we proceeded.

When I called MS yesterday there was a snag. A miscommunication between Disney and the Timeshare Store. Jason took the ball and ran with it, fixing my problem, all after closing had occurred.

Long Story short, we are now booked for our first trip "Home" in June. :teeth:

Thanks to Jason for going above and beyond to help make my dreams come true. I would definately work with him and The Timeshare store again. ::yes::

Jason was our agent, too! He was very professional throughout the whole process and I highly recommend him and The Timeshare Store for anyone looking for a resale!!
 
When I called the other day to inquire about some points, I was helped by Jerry. Has anyone dealt with Jerry? I have seen Jason's named mentioned many times, but not Jerry. He was very helpful. Just curious.
 
I dealt with a lady at first (can’t remember her name) and I felt it the initial communication could have been better as there was the potential of an issue which could have possibly hurt the deal.

With that being said, I called to try to get the matter cleared and the lady I was dealing with was not there and they put me through to Jerry.

From that time on both Jerry and Jason would call every time they heard any news and followed up with everything they promised.

Everyone has a slump and maybe I was caught in that with the lady, but from the customer service I received from Jerry and Jason, I would definitely buy from The Timeshare Store without any hesitation and will do so if we decide to add any points to our DVC membership.

Just my 2 cents.
 

We dealt with both Jerry and Jason, and found them to be professional as well as patient (especially during the "hand-holding" that I required in the midst of ROFRing).

Jerry handled our vast purchase..... I realized we might not close in time to hit the 100% banking window, and he got it taken care of.... no problems!
 
When my wife and I began the re-sale process just last week, she had a lot of concerns about dealing with "some weird internet outfit." So the two of us got on the phone and called to ask a few questions. Our agent had left for the day, but Jerry took the call.

He could not have been nicer, or more understanding and patient. Very professional and courteous -- no hard sell, no snow job, no b.s.! :smooth: He put both of us at ease, and even invited us to stop by and do the transaction in their office, if it would make us more comfortable (um, it's a bit of a hike from Queens to Orlando, so we passed...).

Anyway, he was most knowledgeable and accomodating. Our dealings with the Timeshare Store have been only positive.

We're now waiting on our ROFR. Fingers crossed! :flower:
