Thank you tag fairy, for immortalizing my $9400 shopping spree this weekend. It will serve me well in the future as a reminder of how bad shopping in the vmk can get. Now if you will excuse me, i have about 500 boats to crash by next weekend. lol

Just curious, is that wish for fireworks...that you can win your own even though you already have one from some kind VMK friend...or you don't have one at all.

If it is the last one...this little VMK-er could maybe help you get the fireworks wish.

Between lifeof, lifeoftwo, wifeoflifeof, gymnast, and TheBallerina I have no idea how much the family spent this weekend. But the three ladies all have lovely Pink Dresses, dad has the full Explorer's outfit, and everyone has a trucker hat. Oh, and we have the pins too.

This was not a good weekend for us.

I don't understand how you could purchase that much VMK stuff!

I guess I was lucky that I already had the tiara and flying saucer pin, so
I saved 1500 credits. (But I picked up a tiara anyway for trading purposes.)

Even after I bought the full explorer outfit (camera shirt only), full princess outfit, trucker cap and toucan pin, I don't think I went over 4000 credits.

But I did feel like a shopaholic doing it! But in my shopaholic fantasy, I'd be in one of those Doris Day / Debbie Reynolds shopping sprees in New York where there are tons of hat boxes and flat boxes, and lots of shots going up and down escalators in department stores. While looking fabulously stylish, of course.

lol, well no i don't have one at all. Best i can do on my slow comp (even with dsl) is 180-190,000 range. Yet, on my brother's 3gig machine i can push it up to 210-215,000. Its funny. Every time we visit him i try and play 3 or 4 games on his machine real quick lol. So no, i don't have one nor do i see getting it anytime soon. But i keep trying. Maybe i'll be better at the new version lol.
