I wonder what it takes to attract the Tag Fairy any more! I have even been begging on the community board (which I thought I would never do) to no avail! **sigh**

Weird - yet special....seems to apply!

My middle DS happened to hear me whining about a lack of a tag & my noble quest to get "tagged".

He asked me if I "knew what getting tagged" meant in the teenage slang... . He further suggested that I don't use the term in any non-Tag Fairy connotation!

I learn a lot from my kids - sometimes way more than I want to...

Yep, that's it...my DS thinks it's hilarious that I've been begging to "get tagged", w/o any results. He said there's plenty of other chat lines that would yield better results...smarta** kids!

Just what I needed, another embarrassing story for him to relate about his goofy mom.

i am sitting here thinking about tags and planning my next trip to universal/disney.

Planning WDW/Univ. vacations always make for good dreams.

We'll be leaving in 31 days (but who's counting!) Will return home on 12/18 and will have to call WDW Dining to make ADR's for June trip the next morning. Usually, I'm chomping @ the bit to plan them but, this almost seems like inviting a WDW hangover!

I also have to call DVC MS tomorrow to book the 1st night of our October trip, etc.

Not that I'm complaining, I'm thrilled to go (making up for the years we weren't able to visit); just seems like I'm planning earlier than ever...180 days out for all WDW dining res. is overkill IMO.

Still nervous about booking during 'cane season in FL...but, we picked our week because youngest DS has both Columbus Day & the Thursday (Open House) off school that week. New Assistant Principal just rolled his eyes this year when I cornered him about our upcoming vacation. I composed a letter a few weeks ago as to the "wonderful education opportunities" @ WDW & gave the dates for our upcoming trip (I copied it off one of these threads). They've probably got a file of them in the office.LOL

DS is an honor student in accelerated classes. We asked for classwork ahead of time; guess I'll contact his teachers after Thanksgiving directly. We never had a problem in elementary school...guess we're in the big leagues now.

Just booked my 1st day (Sunday, October 8th)...if I figured it out right that's the Sunday before Pres. Day. Of course, all is subject to change pending whether my DH gets that week of vacation. We can only get away a week to 9 days @ a time...always afraid my older DS's might let the house fall down while we're gone.

Looks like we might be there during some of the same dates...we could have a Tag Fairy meet...think she'd come?Wonder if I'll have a tag by then LOL!

i checked hrh rates and they are up for next year.
cheapest room is 233.xx a night
over at rp i can get a room for 183.xx a night.

We waited far tooooooo long to return to FL...glad we're back.mtblujeans, is DL closer for you...exposing my serious lack of geography here...just know you're in out there somewhere in "big sky country". Do I see a new Bronze Sponsor in your sign--very impressive.

We're still on the fence as to renewing U PAP...initially checked room rates for June will have to check out if any disc. pop up for October. I'm assumming they're few & far between because of HHN?

We're locked into DVC Sun thru Thurs, would want to go to HRH or RP on Fri & Sat (of course the rates are higher on the weekends).

Once Guest Services gets back to me re getting credit for old WDW tix towards AP's, we'll decide our course of action. Actually got a phone call---from a LIVE CM--after emailing them for over a month w/o a response, was beginning to think they were all animatronic LOL. Of course, I'm still waiting for an answer.
