But not for the reasons you would think. My mom got sick and ended up in Sand Lake Hospital. She has to have emergency gallbladder surgery. The managers and the staff at the Swan bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed during this stressful time. They arranged transportation for me to and from the hospital every single day my mom was there. They called us every day to see how she was and to ask if there was anything we needed. My sister had to come down so she could fly home with my mom. There was no way she could have flown home alone. I had to ask for a roll-a-way. They didn't charge us for it! When my mom came back to the hotel, they let us use a wheel chair for the duration of our trip. All in all, they made a terrible situation almost bearable. I really can't thank them enough.
