They are right on Disney property, in fact, they are the only partner hotel that is. It's a great location, between Epcot and the Studios, right across from the Boardwalk.

Actually, the hotels in the Hotel Plaza (near Downtown Disney) are on Disney property as well.

Click to expand... Yeah, technically they are, but you can't walk out of your room and hop onto Disney transportation straight to a theme park from any of them. And you sure can't stroll on into Epcot from any non-Disney hotel except the Swan and Dolphin.
