Is Pooh's Hunny Hunt suppose to be about Pooh searching for honey?

Cause it doesn't seem like the Winnie the Pooh rides are DL and WDW.

Hong Kong is getting Mystic Manor which is trackless and Paris is getting Ratatouille which is trackless.

Why is this not in America?

i only rode it once, and that was a long time ago, so i dont remember it that well.
I wanted to right it this year, but the line was just too long
