I got a PM regarding how I could possibly only cook with pampered chef stones. I think it was prompted from the silicone bakeware post?? Since I only own pampered chef cookware and stoneware this is all I use...so I figured I'd let ya'all know how i do it LOL
Tonight- its a roaster chicken- 4lb bird, potato's onions, celery, and carrots. The bird and fixing is sitting in the round stone- sorta looks like a cake pan I guess....then on top of that is the huge bowl stone, upside down like a lid...I'll leave the lid on until about the last 1/2 hour for the skin to brown.
the rest will be cooked using the PC professional cookware...
and fyi- Im not a PC consultant...
