Yeah good luck with that! Cheeto is driving me crazy this year with the tree - he's developed a new love for water so the spray bottle isn't working...and neither is me yelling into the tree "if you don't get out now I'm going to take you outside, put you in a real tree and LEAVE YOU THERE!"
The only thing I've found this year is sticking the hand held dyson into the tree and turning it on very close behind him - the only problem is this makes him jump out of the tree, and then all the pine needles around him fall off![]()
Something about those orange kitties - my orange kitty (Simba) has always loved the Christmas tree - got him 2 years ago for Christmas so this is his 3rd year with the tree. The first year it was annoying but cute since he was so tiny. Last year he tackled 2 of my trees - luckily one was just being set up so I knew no breakable ornaments on that one but my 4 foot white tree with pink ornaments was completely tackled and on the floor with broken ornaments everywhere
. This year I only set up 1 tree and he has decided to climb inside and chill out. He passed that bad behavior on to my other kitty who is 8 months old and I cought him chilling inside the tree too. We are leaving on vacation on Christmas eve so I guess the tree is going to have to come down before I leave. I would just be
if my ornaments got broke - especially my Disney glass balls that I have gotten every year since 2004. Hopefully everyone's kitties will get it out of their system and leave the trees alone. I have never had this problem before Simba and in those year I have only had artificial trees so I don't know what they would do with a real tree.
