OH and one more thing fun about our resort choice....Aisling has NO CLUE where we are staying. She loved being surprised so much for her birthday trip that she really wants to be surprised every trip. I can't handle that stress for such a long trip so we told her that we would keep the resort choice and leaving day secret. And she was happy with that

Stormalong Bay was really the part that kept drawing us back to BC. I think if I have any chance at all at relaxing on this trip....I need a really cool pool to distract Randy and Aisling (although she did really love the pool at Kidani!) So you added the extra points When are you heading there?

BTW, I don't believe for a second that 34 is a distant memory to you

Hmm..my TR? I am just not very good at writing TR..it would probably be really boring. We are headed to AKV during Thanksgiving week, but only for the first 3 nights, and then we are moving over to BLT for the last 4 nights. We have club level for those 3 nights at AKV.

We are keeping the Thanksgiving trip a surprise but they know that we will be going sometime in June for Peyton's 6th birthday but have no idea exactly when we are leaving. I think Aisling will love Beach Club.

Can't wait to hear about your plans! Love the resort choice! We are staying at a moderate for the first time - POFQ - am am looking forward to seeing the differences between moderate, value and deluxe.

It's only Day 1 here...I'm just being a baby. The dog is all hyped up from the storm and is acting like a nut so I'm really just trying to avoid him

Thank you very much. She is one month shy of 3 in the earliest pics (the ones with Lilo, Snow White, and @ Epcot with her beloved puppy). I do have to start doing something with the customs. My friend's daughter finally fit into a couple of them (she's 6 but is a peanut so she just fit into the ones Ash wore at 3-4). The ones from last year I'm really hoping may fit again BUT some of them I know she won't be able to squeeze into

The only thing we've done on multiple trips is the sword fight pic (ages going down: 6th bday, 4, 3, and 2)

Well Disney sent me a little early bday gift this year.....


SOOOO, I was looking on the DIS for the ADR calculator thingy and came across a note for a General Public code that I had not seen before that was good for our dates

And then I got to thinking about Jen's (Jennifer48) snub of us staying at BC vs BCVs

And then I got to doing some Disney Math

And that's when I realized that we could move to BCVs for CHEAPER than a reg room at BC

BUT, there is NEVER availability at BCVs because there are only 36 studios (trust me, I've looked....a LOT)

BUT, just for the fun of it, I checked the Disney website one more time and guess what had availability?????

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

For $425 LESS than a regular room at BC- we now have a Deluxe Studio at BCVs

That's right...all the fun of BC with the convenience of having a kitchenette. I am so excited and I must thank Jen for being an enabler
