The Skeleton Key-appropriate for DD12?

I can't get any of my parental review sites (like screen it) to give me the scoop on this movie because it's too new. I read some regular reviews and it sounds like a horror flick but it does say "partial nudity". I wondered whether anyone has seen it and can tell me it's appropriateness for a 12yo

I'm not sure if this will help out or not but there is a website I go to since I never have time to go to the movies.
It's called Movie Spoiler (http://www.themoviespoiler.com/) and it tells you the plot of the movie so you don't have to see it.
Maybe reading the review will help you decide on it's appropriateness.

We just saw it yesterday. No sex, no real graphic horror (ie chainsaw massacres and the like). Language wasn't even bad -- just Kate Hudson running around in her underpants and t shirt. I think Pop Daddy and Monkeyboy would looooooooove it!
