the show - mine sounds like The Chipmunks?

I am using the Listen Now button at the top of the page on this site.

I use it all the time without difficulty and have listened to another podcast this morning on another site... so I am not sure if it is just me?

But it is SOOOO funny. Talk about a fast housekeeping! I think it is going exactly double time and they all sound like The Chipmunks.

I think I will listen to the whole thing this way.

I have had issues like this with "another podcast". But never DISUnplugged. I listened this morning using the Listen Now button. Just clicked it again and it worked fine. Maybe reboot your computer? But this is a GREAT show, you really should hear it in normal speed. Alvin, Simon and Theodore can come back and do the encore session.

I am afraid I would not be able to get the chipmunk version again. I am going to listen to the whole thing. I can understand every word. But I do have to laugh out loud every now and then and I may get funny looks at work.

So...maybe try again.


I tried pulling it up again and still Alvin, Simon and Theodore.

I have too many programs open to reboot for now...so I am just going to listen. But I will listen again this weekend.

The only thing I noticed was that the sound was kind of off in iTunes. It was as if the microphones weren't close enough because I had to turn the speaker up a bit to hear them talking, but down when they were laughing!

I would like a chipmunk version every week. In fact, I think the opening of the show sounds GREAT in double speed! I thought it was on purpose until they were halfway through the housekeeping.

On my 'home computer' everything always sounded like the chipmunks. Very annoying. Then my home compter crashed and through the process of getting a new motherboard.................hmmm, the podcasts sound wonderful now.

The tech folks did just upgrade my PC to an updated version of Windows.

I never did reboot my computer at work today to check it out. But I will try again on Monday. I just downloaded it on my iPhone and will listen to it on there instead! I can use my iPhone at work, too...it is just easier to listen from the computer through my headset. Thanks for the info!!!

I thought they were pretty cool as chipmunks! But it did get annoying after about 30 minutes.
