Thursday 27th July
We spent the morning packing and it took ages!
We couldnt believe we had bought so much stuff (having just written days 1 to 12 I can see NOW).
It was lucky we had brought 5 cases with us this trip and with Callums guitar case we would now have 6 items of luggage for the hold.
After packing we eat up a few bits and pieces from the fridge and freezer and then went to DD and watched Monster House in 3D. Didnt touch the popcorn this time but had some of those little mints covered in chocolate (cant remember there name but I bet someone knows it).( Note from Theresa ; Junior Mints)
It was Callums choice as to where we ate tonight and the kids both love the Las Vegas Buffet on the 192 ( near the Big Orange), We had the early bird which makes it no more expensive than the Golden Corral, This buffet is one of the best, so go and try it on your next trip. Our waitress was Patty who we have seen on previous trips and she has always been very friendly, as we were early it was not very busy so she chatted away and when I asked her about some of the little desserts she went and got us a plateful to try. She said thats the idea of a buffet, try a little of everything and next time you go to a restaurant you will know all the things on the menu you like. Lovely lady!
After that we went back to the resort to make the most of our last night here, tomorrow we have to check out and move to the Masters Inn for 1 night.
Theresa and Maddie went around a couple of the lakes on the resort and fed the ducks
and then Callum and Theresa went for a last swim in the Fountains Pool.
We watched The US Big Bother in the evening which is so much better than the British one. They can talk about the eviction and form alliances which means it can and does get b**chy, far more entertaining to watch.( note from Theresa: Maddie and I love US Big Brother. There is no pretence for the audience; Its more competitive and everyone knows the contestants are there to win.)
