ATTQOTD: Wednesday is actually my spin cross train day so I don't have any miles planned.

Tomorrow, though, I will do a short run before Sunday's half.
I guess I'm going to stick with my 2:45 goal, but I'm not really feeling super confident about that after my epic blow up 3:05 3 weeks ago. The course is described as: "The course has a very gentle downgrade, dropping 200 feet in elevation over the 13.1 miles. There is a moderate hill at mile 5 and a short, steep hill at mile 8."
Hopefully the downhills will power me to a good finish.

I will be walking up that mile 8 hill though.
I wish I was feeling a little more confident. The course time limits on this are 13 min mile, which originally I thought would be no problem (2:45 is my PR from last fall). I think they'll just pull course support though, as previous year results showed people finishing quite a bit after 3:00.
One of the biggest things I'm worried about is not getting my shirt.

It's a point to point course with no packet pickup, only pickup of your bib at the start line, and the shirt is handed out at the finish line. After the disaster with shirts at the North Shore 10 Miler in April (they ran out of all sizes of women's shirts except small like an hour before the race), I'm paranoid there will be no shirts left to fit me at the end, even though I think the sizes for this one are actual orders (the other race it was not guaranteed, just to help them figure out what to order).
I really like my free shirts.
