85 years old and he's faster than most of us. I love his attitude about his running & how if he doesn't want to, he rests. Good advice.

The long range forecast for my half next Saturday is looking ok, 50's and clear before clouding up and raining in the afternoon, but of course it's 9 days away, so it could change 9 times.
I will earn those calories with a strength/short run session
