We are staying just one night here for a DCL cruise the next day. We are having a hard time getting a ADR for Topolinos for the evening. I have reviewed the other places to eat but was wanting your opinions on a good alternative for a dinner and breakfast the next morning before the bus takes us to the port. Thanks in advance..

there is A restaurant at CB. I have heard good things about it. The counter service is good at the Riviera. The Riva bar has good wings and great drinks.

side note, the small charcuterie plate at the counter service is a good little snack for one or two.

Primo Piatto is lovely.
If you want slightly fancier dining, take Skyliner to Epcot IG and walk to Beach Club/Yacht Club/Swolphin/Boardwalk.

Primo is a great quickserve for any meal.

Sebastians at Caribbean Beach is a very good dinner option. Short walk from RIV.

If you don't like the choices at Primo you could always walk to Caribbean for their food court.

Skyliner to Boardwalk would do both dinner and breakfast at Trattoria al Forno which is fabulous.

Ale & Compass at YC has very nice food for all three meals. Yachtsman there ages their own steaks, served in a relaxed and upscale atmosphere.

Beach Club's Beaches and Cream, soda shop burgers and sandwiches with pretty good ice cream besides, though can be as difficult to get into as Topolino's.

We thought of this as well. We have stayed at both BWV and BCV and just wanted to stay at Riviera since we are only there less than a day..

You might have luck checking 1-2 days before the visit. Most people drop their ADRs in that time period to avoid the no show charge. I have seen Topolino’s pop up the day before several times. Wish you luck!
