Seeing as how DH threatened to divorce me three times while on this ride for the first time, it'd have to be this one
The photo shows how terrified we all looked and there is no way on earth we'd ever be able to replicate the look on my DD's face as we whizzed down the flume bit It's absolutely priceless
Another vote for Body Wars from me! I felt so sick when I came off I swore never to do that again!
Back to the Future at US is one I'm not keen either for the same reasons, sadly the kids love it, so I have to sit there either with my eyes shut or staring at the floor! - yeurch!
I was tempted to put the Hulk down here too - but I will not be beaten!!
This sounds really wussy but the ride I have done once and once only was the Mad Hatter's Tea party. God did I feel sick after that one.
The only other that I am begining to dislike are simulators - although at least there you can minimize any qeasiness by looking to one side - with the Mad Hatter there is no escape!!!!!!
I'm with you Astrid - any simulator really for me but then I always knew that was gonna be the case so I'm gonna have to say:
Humunga Kowabunga - I Q'd for these by mistake and thought I was just going to the Storm Slides - by the time I realised my mistake (front of line!!) I couldn't bottle out with people behind me so I just did it but it was one of the worst experiences of my life and me bum was numb for a while after which was really uncomfortable....still at least I can say I did it!!! LOL
I agree with pegasusEH about Alien Encounter - very lame. I woudn't do it again because IMO it wasn't worth doing the once.
I've done Kowabunga twice - not sure why I did it the 2nd time - must have been in shock from the 1st time. I manage to bash my knee the first time and cut my lip open the second. Although my 7 and 9 year old spent hours on it without injury - (DH says I get injured because I'm so tense) - I am resolved to watching from now on. As for Summit Plummit - haven't been on it - not even thinking about it - LOL!
I don't know what it is about water rides that scares me. I can go on any coaster no problems but put a water slide in front of me and aahhhh! Still, I enjoy the raft rides and storm slides.
I haven't done many big rides, since i don't like to go alone and someone has to stay with Katie, but I did do Back to the Future and that was horrible, I won't be going back on there in a hurry!
Body Wars. Don't know why but for the first time in my life I had motion sickness, didn't throw up but felt terrible for about an hour afterwards. Now feel sorry for all those who get car sickness etc.
