Well after last year we couldn't resist especially with the thought of being able to swim with dolphins.
So after booking in Feb 2002 we (husband Nathan and myself) were off on June 13th with Virgin for 2 fun filled weeks staying at the Wilderness Lodge.
Arrived very refreshed after travelling PE with Virgin. Luggage was nearly off the plane before us!
Got the hire car same as last year no problems. Followed the directions to the Lodge and boy what a fantastic sight. Checked in and found that we had a fabulous view of the pool and lake plus kngsize bed!
Started off with MGM until the rain came!! And it hasn't stopped yet! Well maybe for half a day most days. We have still managed to get about to Animal Kingdom and EPCOT for Illuminations.
Had a wonderful time swimming with the dolphins at Discovery Cove this morning. The weather held til afternoon then the storms came in. The dolphin swim was well worth it as the animals are so playful. The coral reef with stingrays was also great fun!!
