Superb ending to your first full day at Disney! I can't think of a better way to end it than hanging out with friends at Petals!

At least, Derek's "infection" isn't the same sort that is afflicting Sayid and Claire right now! :lmao:

I can't believe how much fun you had in just one day! Looking forward to the next nine! ;)

A Preview to Jordan's next CHONIES Update

I kept having to back up and do my business, fan my behind, clear the air and walk back to the table. We got on the topic of gas...Surprise. I had said that changes in elevation cause gas--like when you go to the mountains or get on a plane (which I was just on)...Winkers, Rosie and DJay just started laughing at me. Their favorite saying, "So when you stand up--that's a change in elevation?" I replied, "Yes".

What a great first full day....I had no problem falling asleep that night....

:lmao: "Food, Friends, and Farts!" Jordan, you are a riot! (And a gentleman for leaving the table.) ;)

I love the standing up = change in elevation joke!

Have a great weekend... I'll be looking forward to your next update.

Kathy

p.s. I love the Peeps site!

Derek....If you have a lap top lying around that you would be willing to get rid of, I'm willing to talk to you about buying it. It would be for another DISer on here who spends three weeks at a time with her daughter in the hospital all to frequently. (like right now :sad2:) Her daughter has CF, you've probably seen her on Jordy's thread....Pipersmom. She just had a Wish Trip to WDW, and would probably love to be able to pass the time in the hospital DISing about the the trip. PM me and let me know what you think about that extra lap top laying around your house, even if it needs a little work it's OK...my DH's passion is fixing computers and cars. What a combination, right?!? She would only need it for DISing and uploading pictures, so anything fancy isn't really needed.

Camille, I think it's great that you're looking out for Pipersmom. However, even though our Sony laptop is laying around (because the Wifi card isn't working so it's been rendered useless as an internet device), I had some plans to use it in Erin's room for her 2nd grade research projects after I get it working again. Occasionally (and sometimes more often than not), I have to separate the kids from playing on the PC together (the PCs are across from each other) so the laptop is an opportunity to separate the kids. I had some other plans for it as well but I'll let you know if our plans change.:)

It's been in the mid to high 80s the last few days...a ice cold Corona would've been nice. Do you think I could pop a brew at church?;)

can you have that weather there in 30 days pretty please? I would be oh so happy for that kind of sun!

Sooooooooo happy!

I'll pass on the Corona though. Maybe a Bohemia...a Dos XX or a microbrew IPA. You can have a Corona though!

:rotfl:

Heck just the sun will be enough for me!

I actually laughed when we got to 4 pages because I didn't think it would happen...but you were right...

I think I'll put some on right now too.:thumbsup2

Think you're right on the poles...;):rotfl2:

We must dance.

Listened to some Garth tonight...while overhauling my ipod in a major way.

I am :dancer: ing!

Never hurts to ask. :goodvibes If anyone on here hears of a good laptop being gotten rid of let me know, it would be for Pipersmom-Amanda.

A 60 day dance for Camille

and..

a THIRTY DAY dance for me!

It can be done, but I've only acheived it once with a fairly substantial blast in sub-zero temperatures.

As usual I am too far behind to catch up on everything, but it sounds like a great end to the day, just relaxing and enjoying the resort. Too bad it wasn't a little warmer, I can't believe there were people in the pool that late at night! Trout Pass was never open in the evenings, but that may be because it's a smaller bar than Petals?

Congrats on 60 days Camille! :dance3:

Thank you!

Better yet, get one of those little portable fans and we can strap it to his back and aim it down. Then he'll have his own little "fan" and he can just let them go at will.

Hee hee hee.

:rotfl: :rotfl:

Yeah nitty gritty was a really long time ago... I was maybe 8??? :confused3

You know, it's weird, but at the time I saw most of them, I thought going to though concerts were so lame... But I remember all of them... And now I think it's pretty cool...

I saw the Oak Ridge Boys when I was about 10... I was with my 2 very cute aunts so we were invited back to their hotel to have dinner with them in the restaurant... I still have their autographs...

They were my very first concert, it was outside at the state fair. We were up front and they waved at me.

He would have done the same thing to me, so I figured it was only fair... :confused3

I laughed so hard last night between all the toot posts and Terry being a dork that my stomach actually hurts this morning... The DIS is my workout routine...

I wish DISing would cause weight loss!
So weird that I can love both deluxes and values. For that matter, I love the moderates as well. Disney does such a good job at every resort. You don't have to feel 3rd class when you stay at a WDW resort....:thumbsup2

I love my DIS family:hug:

We love you being apart of it! :yay: It wouldn't be a family without you Jordy. :goodvibes

i always try and tell candi that i am gassy from something i ate, she is the one that says.

"what are you talking about you would fart up a storm for drinking water"

Dan, I say the exact same thing to my DH! He starts naming off the things that he thinks are causing the butt trumpet reactions and I add in "Water!... Air!"

I've never actually heard it called that before...

:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:
one of my favorites...but (he,he) my personal favorite for sentimental (hehe) reasons is bottom burp
that is what my mom taught my little brother and sister to say.

Laughter is the Penzoil of the soul. (I think that's in Hezekiah or something.)

:lmao:
I'll have to pay more attention to that book in sunday school....

Let me expand on the "FALLING into the bushes incident !!!!:rotfl2:I was beside Winkers when it happened and she did just walk into them no tripping !!! But DJ and Jordan were so busy laughing I had to go to the rescue !!! I too was laughing but I was the RESCUER!!! Right Cherie !!!We were supposed to hide in the bushes at Pop Cherie NOT fall into them by the Contemporary!!!!!:rotfl2::rotfl2:

:rotfl2: If it weren't for you I'd still be stuck head first in the bushes.

What a glorious first full day! Friends, Food and Farts...

The fart were probably only glorious for you. Not so much for the others.

Wow! I had a lot of catching up to do. While I was busy away from the DIS, you've been busy posting. Nice.

The soup looked pretty good at the Wave. Did you like it?

How do you choose your underwear each day? Is it a thoughtful process, or do you close your eyes and randomly point to a pair?

On the way to the bus stop, we're talking and all of a sudden we hear a rustling and a laugh. We turn around and Winkers apparently had fallen, or almost fallen, in the bushes. No one pushed her. She didn't trip. She just walked into the planter and kind of starting falling...I don't know if she can explain it, but she must just be listening to the rest of us talk and not really pay attention to where she's walking...Thank God she wasn't driving a cab.;)

That's not nice making fun of those of us who can't walk and listen at the same time...not that I have ever done anything like that before...:rolleyes1

Has no one else heard that?

Um, nope;)

Thanks for putting the page numbers in your title when you update. I haven't been able to log on a lot due to work and stuff, it really helps keep me ahead of the game. Although I do miss all the chatter:goodvibes

Sorry for getting so behind, but I'm caught up now! :thumbsup2

One question (and I apologize if someone already asked, but too much for me to read through) - I thought everyone in the party had to be there before they'd seat you? You said Cherie and her family were already seated at The Wave while you guys were on your way over? :confused3

Dan, I say the exact same thing to my DH! He starts naming off the things that he thinks are causing the butt trumpet reactions and I add in "Water!... Air!"
i think i am going to start calling it a butt trumpet thanks.
:lmao:
