is he a person in costume (character) or a real rat
If you really want to see Remy lunch is the way to go. We had a 5 ADR last Friday since he is supposed to be there until 5:20 but our waiter says he leaves after the lunch crowd winds down around 4ish most days. The meal was quite nice anyway but we wouldn't have eaten as early as 5 had we not been trying to see Remy too.
Does anyone know how long Chefs serves from their lunch menu? We'd like to make ADRs for 5pm, try the ham and cheese, and see Remy. Would that work?
We had an ADR for 4:45 in October and it was the dinner menu. It looked like they start serving dinner at 4:30. I don't know if you can order something from the lunch menu at dinner time.
We did see Remy during his last visit of the day which starts at 5:20. Definitely fun
.
Someone else asked about Sunday - that's Remy's day off.

I just booked dinner at Chefs de France and the CM told me that he does shows until 5:20...so he is still there, don't know how often he comes out but I think it's all day.
This will be our first time there, we could not get Le Cellier so I decided to try this one. Is it good?
