.. finally after month's of planning the red envelope from Virgin Holiday's arrive in todays post.
Had a frantic few calls with Virgin call centre when DW's name was spelt wrong. Virgin Holiday's admitted it was their mistake but wanted to charge me for the admin fee to amend. I don't think so
Then did not tell Virgin Atlantic who naturally issused the tickets in the names given to them by Virgin Holidays
Eventually a helpful Customer Service operator at Virgin UK sorted it all out in 10 minutes and we received the updated ticket yesterday. 1 day before the rest of the package arrived
We have lost one of the pre-selected seats on the outward and inward flights. But we will just have to deal with that at check-in, as I realise they are only request anyway.
