just a little PSA

we made the le cellier cheddar soup. i've never had it at epcot but since all of you RAVE about it I tried it. Not sure if it's exactly like le cellier but it's outstanding!!!

we also made the Boma 'nut crusted salmon' - easy and delicious plus you get a lot of crust for future meals. we also did the California Grill pork - WOW. it's a little complicate by totally worth it!

I can't wait to make Jikos' filet over mac and cheese. :cool1:

here's the link if you've never seen it.

Thanks! - I forgot about those, but they feed a lot of people! It will take a bit of math to get the recipes down to enough for 2 people, with leftovers.

I would like to make the chicken pepperpot soup, that is a good one!

just adding that we made the tomato and goat cheese tart from F&W last nite. it tasted fantastic and super EASY but the one thing I'd change from the recipe is either cook the puff pastry lightly before assembling or dry the tomatoes a bit. it was a little soggy.
