For those of you who might be interested there is a Travel Expo on next weekend and I thought I would try and combine it with my trip into the city for the DISmeet.

What a great idea! I'd been tempted to go, but wondered where I was going to fit it into my busy schedule - didn't even cross my mind that I would already be in the city Saturday morning

Our Melbourne DisMeet was at Southgate. As it was a beautiful day, we opted to sit outside on the balcony. We met at morning tea time.


Two at the table opted for the Chocolate Mousse cake.

I'm sure they will come along and confirm that they might have perhaps OD'ed on the Chocolate bit.....as they also had the Hot Chocolate to drink.

By any chance - does anyone know if chocolate is a performance enhancing substance??




One of us opted for the Orange Flourless cake.

I opted for the Lemon Tart.

And here we (from left to right - Zaccy, Zanzibar138 and myself (PiO)) are at the table. The real Zaccy is sitting right in the front! Minniemum opted to take the picture; and therefore - by default - making sure that she was still part of the meet without necessarily being in the frame.

(Yes, I DID put the camera in auto to make sure that she would "flash".)

Thanks for sharing PIO, the pics turned out well Yes, the chocolate mousse, while delicious, was a little bit much with the hot chocolate too
