Some time (no rush) I need a recom for an early dinner in the city or southbank area of Melbourne for the evening of 6 April. We are having a quick trip down to go to the MSO (playing the music of Pirates)-haven't organised flights yet-I figured could get a cheapie deal THEN find out its in the middle of school hols for Qld and Vic-no chance-duh! Good job DH approved the trip before I found that out now its too late

We now have all day Saturday in Melbourne as (cheap flights leaving on schedule) we are flying in very late Friday night so yes. We are also there for Breaky Sun before flying out late morning. The concert of course isn't til Sat evening. We are staying at a place near Chinatown (City Limits Apartments). Would love to catch up if you and anyone else are free-we have no plans for the day-just going to browse and shop so happy to fit in with your availability. Thanks for the suggestion. Me, I'm the shy one, so wasn't sure whether to suggest this myself

Thanks for organising PIO!! Since you are the Melbourne experts I will leave this in your hands-bet you know some great yum cha places!! but happy to go anywhere. Expect DH will slope off and hide somewhere-he's worse than me! but DD is always tempted by the promise of good food - espy if I shout.

We are going to NZ in winter next year for a family reunion. Maybe we can have an ANZAC Dis-meet when we get over I promise the whole clan won't be tagging along, just me and the DH and kids (or just me if I can ditch them)
