Glad the 2nd call DH was able to get a good CSR to help you. It was nice she stayed on the phone 2 hours and talked DH through everything. I hope now it's all connected properly and no more problems later when we chat.

im at the library online.. just checking things.. ill have internet at my house on monday but i am going to Fairfield on monday and might not be coming back to Clearlake till thursday... who knows..

my throat is sore today! i thought it was all done and over with..
