Speaking of Sharkey, she just called, they are having bad thunderstorms and she can't get on the internet, has no satellite so no TV and she's losing her mind, lol, more so because DS dies without his TV or comp.

She said no fair doing too much posting as she'll never catch up so she said post slow because Sharkey said so!

I keep my laptop plugged in most of the time but sometimes I use it without the adapter to let the battery run all the way down, it's good for it, otherwise it won't ever work long without the battery.

The company I was temping for when I got laid off, I told them how good I'd been to them and how I'd stayed till the end and that I wanted a laptop. They didn't know I had one but wanted a better one. Well they got me and and it worked great, battery lasted like 3 hours and then when it ran out I couldn't recharge it. They sent me a new adapter & plug and it charged it once but next time it seemed not to work again so there's something in there, some kind of short in there and it needs worked on. I want to give it to DGS and let Sharkey's DH work on it and get it a wireless card and then he'd hae his own computer to play his games on but my cheap stubborn DH says no, we should sell it on ebay. I'd rather give it to my DD and DGS so we fought over that and never settled it and here it sits

That's a shame about DH. It was free, so why not pass it on? You're passing it on to family too, so why not??

Hi Tigger, am so glad you are hear. To be honest, I don't much care for that little voice in my head I had to chat with. She was bettetr than nothing while no one else was here but I'd rather chat with you and the other girls!

That's how I feel and believe me sooner or later I'm going to do it anyway regardless of the consequences. It's mine so I should be able to do what I want with it and, get this, since that one didn't work right they sent me yet another one so now I have two extras and that one works fine just needs a wireless card. I want to find out which one is stronger and better, mine or that 2nd free one. That still leaves me with the one that just needs a little work and Sharkey's DH can fix it Im sure and get the wireless card and give DGS his own to play on. I get so mad sometimes.

Oh heck no we aren't sneaky about it, we'd all get up and run outside and stand right there and watch. WE used to have an accident on our street almost every Friday or Saturday night for years and we'd run right outside to see exactly what happened and get right up close and personal, lol.

Exactly! There shouldn't be a big deal about it. I thought about giving her some money and saying here and then use it to buy it back from me so he thinks she paid for it. It's ridiculous. That's one problem marrying the 2nd time, they aren't always understanding about your family when they have their own.
