I could have put what frozen food we had in the freezer with the fridge (frost free) and some in the camper freezer and then just turned it off, opened the door and put towels around it and it would have done that nasty deed for me. 
Why didn't I think of that before? 
I too have made some wonderful, life-long friends via the internet. I first got online when my SIL got me online when he first started dating Trentmom. So that was like what, 1994 or 1995? I met some people in general chat rooms, zeroed in on those I had the most in common with and have been friends every since. Some have come to visit me and I have gone to visit some of them and even stayed with them. You can really get to know people online and make great friends.
Never do I miss an opportunity to brag!

We had a good dinner at the Chinese Buffet, I was so full, they had lots of good American food as well as the few chinese things I like. Then we went to Walmart for grocery shopping to take food camping this weekend and get a few things in for the house too. We are trying to clean out the freezer totally so I can defrost it. The frost is 3 inches deep, lol, guess it's time huh?
and DD, don't forget you! You can do a D-SIL too if you want. Whatever you feel like doing for me.
No, Michael & Jay's mother, Mary, we keep in touch by email all the time. They were cute and Jay's kids, which I didn't send, are gorgeous. Of course I reciprocated with pics of DG, DD & DS from our visit there a few weeks ago.

thats what we used to do with the freezer in the garage at my grandmas when me and my cousins were younger... we would clean a path in the garage and push it to the end of the garage and take all the food out and put it in other freezers and let it sit open and the frost melt out of it, and my cousins and I would have the hose on and we would play in the water from it and the hose water.
the freezer is in the pantry in our kitchen, the hose would have been way too messy, lol.
That sounds like fun and as hot as it was here in LA with no air for a few days I would have welcomed that. Only problem is
then you gotta clean up in the heat too...
Don't think DH would have appreciated me making such a mess in the house with a hose, lol, doesn't quite have my sense of humor, though he has a sick enough one himself, lol. 
Oh yea and that would have been way too hot unless I got nekked and that is not a pretty site right now until I lose some weight again,
Jay is Michael's older brother. It was Stephen who is the youngest (Mary & Frank's son), the Michael, Jay and young Mary (Mary's kids from prior marriage) and Frank has two sons by a prior marriage too but they didn't live with them. I think I still have the email or the pics are in my aol downloads so I can just attach and send. Will do in a few mins.

The one we go to with a pool has weird rules, close for a few hrs mid afternoon (that's when it is the hottest, duh?).
waiting for you to call. When I first wake up I turn on my cell phone, listen to DH's good morning msg and then doze till you call. Yes that is my idea of sleeping in cause I used to get up at 5:30 for work,
