Hi All!!
Been busy the last 2 weeks or so … have been trying to eat less, some days it works, other days I snack a bit too much. Like today I had a bagel ... not good, but I will have less at lunch.
I’m back trying to exercise about 3-4x a week at the Y, and then hopefully will start walking in the early AM before head out to work. We will see how that works. I've actually thought about trying to get to the Y at 5:30am

for a workout. It sounds good when I'm contemplating it at lunchtime.
Went for a nice bike ride on Sunday, it was beautiful here in PA.
GG: I agree with Marie on the chips …. Just put some in a bowl and tell yourself you will just eat what’s in the bowl – no more. If I have a bag in front of me, it’s over. The bag will be finished in no time.
Dani: Congrats on the 10 lbs weight loss – you go girl!!
